So, as an enterprise user, what should be paid attention to for the balance between the speed and accuracy of laser cutting machine?
1. Cutting accuracy: the general requirements for grade in the construction industry are less than 0.5mm; however, the requirements for automotive reflectors are less than 0. 2. Cutting speed: it is recommended to talk about speed on the premise of meeting cutting accuracy. Because of the short cutting platform, it is difficult to judge whether the highest speed is achieved by naked eyes. We can use the software simulation function provided by the cutter servo driver to check whether the motor speed reaches the maximum speed. When testing the cutting speed, no real cutting is needed, which improves the acceleration and deceleration speed. Each axis can be tested individually or simultaneously.
Generally speaking, as long as the above methods are followed, the accuracy and balance speed of the laser cutting machine can be adjusted without worrying about any error.
